Kendra conducts two wellness programs (7 days residential) every month which focuses on the chronic lifestyle diseases like diabetes, BP, stress, anxiety, heart diseases, arthritis, asthma, psychosomatic disorders to name a few. The aim of the program is attainment of physical, mental & psychological well being through a unique blend of theory & practical sessions imparted by experts.  The techniques like guided meditation, deep relaxation, contemplation, yoga, shatkarmas, naturopathy treatments & psychotherapy will be taught, which when learnt & incorporated into daily living not only provides immunity but also teaches the sufferers to effectively manage the above-mentioned diseases.
