The resonant sound of “Arham” echoes over and over again even after leaving Sadhna Kendra - the Abode of Realization. It is nestled in serene, natural surroundings and the ambience itself speaks volume of a place that offers plenty of things to learn.
The duration of the camp was of one week and the decision to attend it was not a very easy one, firstly to be out for seven days seemed to be a long time and secondly the apprehension of attending a camp with a concept one is not so familiar with.
However, the week passed by so fast that before one realized it was all over. A wealth of knowledge impaired by very professional staff who made learning not only fun but extremely knowledgeable. The Simplicity, the sincerity & professionalism of the staff was highly endearing, be it Yoga, Dhyan, Pranayam or Naturopathy. It opens vistas of knowledge and introduces one to one’s own capacity of knowing oneself. How much one can achieve by self-realization. Physical & Spiritual bonding - the ultimate bond between our body and soul.
The comfort of home away from home needs ‘three cheers’. The lodging and boarding arrangements are good with clean environment. Naturopathy Treatment is another field which needs high appreciation. It has helped to improve body conditions. Of course, it is no magic that your ailments will disappear in a week’s time, but yes there is a remarkable improvement and I’m sure continuous efforts will bring better results.
“To know thy self through Kayotsarg” is a great concept. It makes you aware about the dormant energies in oneself which can be made active with regular practice. It’s a great inspiration and a wealth of knowledge which one can share with others and extend the benefits thereby. In the current scenario of tensions of a fast life resulting in various ailment calls for an alternative system and nothing could be better than Dhyan, Yoga & Pranayam?
